THE EXECUTIVE CHEF

Proramean Panngam studied in Thailand, working extensively in Chiang Mai and Bangkok before coming to the U.S.  After 15 years honing his craft  in many of the finest Thai restaurants in New York City, Chef Proramean brought his culinary vision to Phillipsburg & Lehigh Valley in 2013.
